Shipping policy

We generally deliver in 7-10 working days and the dispatch time is 1-4 working days depending on rush of orders. You will get all updates on your Mail id entered while placing order. You will receive a confirmation email on date of order, a fulfilment email of date of order fulfilment, when your ordered is shipped, you get another mail saying your order is on the way and then there is a last mail that you get with the tracking id. If you don't get the all the emails within 7 days of your order, please contact us on and we will inform you manually about your order details .

**Delivery Addresses**

We deliver to all postal addresses across India. Please provide a complete street address with the correct pin or zip code to ensure swift delivery. Lavender Official cannot be held responsible for postal delays due to incomplete addresses.

**Deliveries to Institutions**

Shipments to colleges, schools, or hostels are at the customer's risk. If the package is rejected, Lavender Official will not issue refunds or credits. For specific delivery dates, mention them in the gift message box during the order placement.

**Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses**

Customers bear responsibility for any penalties or fees incurred due to incorrect shipping addresses. In case of reshipment due to an incomplete address, customers must cover the re-shipping charges. Lavender Official is not liable for lost packages resulting from incorrect/incomplete addresses and will not initiate refunds.

**Dispatch and Delivery Times**

Dispatch times provided on our website are approximate and indicative. Delays beyond our control may occur, for which no refunds, returns, replacements, or exchanges will be entertained. Normal dispatch time ranges from 1 to 4 days, with delivery within 7 to 10 days post dispatch.

**Rejecting Order during delivery**

Not accepting the order during the delivery due to any reason will be considered as returned order and will not be refunded. For rescheduling delivery, delivery  charges may apply again as per normal shipping fee policy.

**Note on Delivery Time**

Delivery time may vary based on the area's pin code. Some areas may experience longer delivery times than usual.
