**Conditions for Returns **

Once Delivered, Returns are accepted within 2days of delivery date and only for damaged, defective, missing or wrong products. Contact us at shoplavenderofficial@gmail.com or whatsapp us on +91- 76918 15795 with your order ID, supported images, and an unboxing video(compulsory from very beginning without cuts or edits .)

**Refund Process**

Upon acceptance of the return, refunds are issued as store credits within 5-7 days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

**Unboxing Video Requirement**

We require a full unboxing video with no cuts or edits, showcasing the opening of the mailing envelope to clearly display any defects.
